As you know that BHU is Central University, it will conduct BHU Law 2024 entrance exam for admission in BA LLB/MA LLB course. BHU organize Law entrance examination every year. BHU Law Entrance Exam will be offline mode but candidate can apply online. BHU LLB online application will be begins from 4th Week of January 2024. How to Apply for BHU LLB Entrance Examination 2024?

The applicants can apply for BHU LAW Entrance Examination 2024 by following the steps provided below:

1. Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
2. First of all, Candidates need to visit the official website at BHU.
3. Candidates must select the notifications link on the official website.
4. Eligible candidates have to apply through online mode only.
5. Candidates can fill the online application with all the necessary details required.
6. Fill all the details like Name, Date of Birth and other details in the correct manner as per the rules.
7. Upload Photo, Signature and other documents which are required.
8. Pay the fees online as described below if the mode of payment is online.
9. After the payment is completed, candidates may take a printout of the submitted application and it is advised to keep it with them for future reference. There is no need to send the print out to the Official Address.

What is the Eligibility Criteria for LLB?

Students or candidate should be known about the eligibility criteria.  If the candidate not full fill the criteria of BHU law. Then they will be not fill the application form of BHU otherwise Candidate Application form will be automatically denied .

• LLB (Hons.) Course: must have passed the B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com in the pattern of 10+2+3, or any other equivalent Degree from a recognised University.
• A. LLB Course: The candidates must have passed or appeared in the 10+2 or
• LLM / LLM (HRDE / LLM (UNDER SCS-SPECIAL COURSE OF STUDY): Must be currently appearing in LLB (3years) or LLB (5 years) from any recognised University.
• PhD: candidates must have cleared CRET which is conducted by the University.

BHU LLB Exam Pattern 2024

• BHU LLB Exam Mode will be online
• Duration of Exam will be only 2 hours
• Questions will be based on objective type
• Total 150 questions on BHU Law entrance exam
• Total 450 marks
• Topics will be English Comprehension General Awareness & Current Affairs Aptitude & Mental Ability Common Legal Knowledge
• Marking scheme For each right answer, 3 marks and every incorrect response, the authority will cut 1 mark

BHU LLB Entrance Exam Syllabus 2024

Admit Card

To participate in the entrance test, the candidate is required to carry the admit card along with them. If the candidate fails to present the admit card to the examiner then the examination of the candidate can be canceled. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website of BHU. The admit card is not yet released by the BHU, we will notify you when BHU releases the admit card.

BHU LLB 2024 Result:

• After conducting the exam, the university will upload the provisional answer keys within 5 days.
• In case a candidate wants to challenge the answer key then he/she can do the same by paying a processing fee of Rs. 100/-.
• After evaluating the challenges against the answer key, the university will declare the final result.
• A merit list will also be prepared by the university based on the marks secured by applicants.
• Those who will score more than cutoff marks will be invited to take part in the counselling process.

BHU LLB 2024 Counselling Process:

Counseling process will be start after the result published. Only the shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the counseling round.  During the Counseling process candidate must have original documents which are required. After complete counseling process   Admission will be start In BHU.

• TC (Transfer Certificate).
• 10th/High School Certificate/equivalent Certificate.
• 12th (Intermediate (+2)) Certificate/equivalent Certificate.
• Migration Certificate, if passed from a university other than BHU (To be submitted not later than 90 days of admission).
• Mark Sheet of 10th/High School Certificate/equivalent
• Mark sheets of 12th(Intermediate (+2) Certificate/equivalent.
• Mark sheet of the Qualifying Examination.
• SC/ST/OBC Certificate based on which reserved quota seat is claimed.
• UET Admit Card issued from the office of the Controller of Examinations, BHU.
• Certificate(s) in support of a claim for ‘Sports Seats’.

BHU LLB cut-off

The cut-off mark is the minimum marks required by the candidates to pass the entrance examination. University releases the cut-off marks along with the result of the entrance examination.
