Eligibility Criteria

Here, candidates can check the eligibility criteria of Engineering, Pharmacy & agriculture courses:

• Nationality:
• Age: no upper age limit to apply.
• For Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy & Pharma D: must passed his/her HSC/12th from a recognized board with Physics & Mathematics as a compulsory subjects along with one of the Biotechnology/Biology/Chemistry/Technical/Vocational subjects. Students must have secured 50% aggregate marks (45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability).
• For Agriculture:  12th from a recognized board with PCB or PCMB or PCM or Inter Agriculture (with Physics, Chemistry) and English subjects.
• For Tech (Dairy Technology)/ B. F. Sc: passed with PCBE (PCME for B.Tech Dairy Technology) subjects with 50% aggregate marks (45% marks for reserved categories) in the 12th level.

Application Fee:

Candidates can submit the application fee through credit card, debit card & net banking. Candidates can also deposit the fee by Cash payment through HDFC Bank. The fee details are mentioned below:

• For Backward Class Categories : Rs 600

MHT CET 2023 Exam Pattern

While preparing for MHCET, the candidates must go through the exam pattern in order to manage time and produce an effective result. The pattern for the exam is as follows:

• The First paper from Mathematics with 100 marks and duration will be 90 minutes.
• While The Second paper presents questions from the field of physics and Chemistry. Again each section has a weightage of 100 marks.
• The last paper puts up the problems from Biology(Zoology and Botany), again for 100 marks.
• Candidates are expected to bubble the OMR sheet for the options to corresponding questions.
• The questions in the entrance exam are based on the syllabus of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
• Somewhere around 20% weightage will be given to class 11 curriculum and 80% weightage will be given to class 12 curriculum while setting the question paper.
