JEE Main 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

For General after 1^st October 1994

For SC/ST & PWD candidates, after 1^st October 1989.

Attempt Limit: three times

General Eligibility:

Qualifying Exam:  Intermediate exams passed  and appearing can also apply

Diploma Holders apply for admission but only in IITs.

Qualifying Subjects: Candidate in their 12^th level must have passed with at least of five mandatory subjects – Physics, Mathematics , Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or any other technical subjects.

Age Criterion: NO limitation for age

For Paper 1

• Paper-1 is conducted for admission to Tech / B.E.programmes.
• Conducted through offline (PBT)as well as online (CBT) mode depending on the candidate’s preferences.
• The paper-1 will comprise of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) subjects.

• Total Marks: 360
• Total duration : 3 hours.

The admit card will have made attainable to only aspirants who have successfully filled the application form and submitted the fee. Those filling the form incompletely will not be provided with admit card. Candidates will also be informed about their release of admit card through SMS or mail.
