CG TET Eligibility Criteria

Paper 1 (For Primary teachers class 1-5):

• The candidate should have passed 12 with 50% marks with 2-year Diploma in Education.
• Candidate must have done/ appearing in 2-year Diploma in Elementary education (D.El.Ed) and Candidates with (B.El.Ed) Degree can apply.
• Candidate having Graduation Degree or B.Ed with 50% marks are also eligible.
• Paper 2 (For Upper Primary Class 6-8):

• Candidate having B.Ed and Graduation Degree B.A/ B.Sc/ D.Ed with at least 50% marks can apply. Also, students appearing in 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) are also eligible.
