WBJEE Counselling Schedule 2022- Counselling (Started), Seat Allotment – Register Here
WBJEE Counselling 2022 was conducted in three rounds. Candidates who qualified for WBJEE e-Counselling can complete their registration, payment of counselling registration fee, choice locking and choice filling. In WBJEE Counselling allotment of seats is done through the rank scored by a candidate in WBJEE or JEE Main for B.Tech and B.Pharma and through NATA for B.Arch counselling process. The final document verification will be done at Virtual Reporting Centres (VRCs). Check WBJEE Cutoff
Documents Required for Counselling
Documents needed for verification at the reporting centre are listed below:
- High school mark sheet
- 10+2 or equivalent mark sheet
- WBJEE 2022 admit card & score card
- Seat allotment letter
- Receipt of online counselling registration fee payment
- Category certificate (if required)
- Domicile certificate (if required)
- Passport size photographs
New Changes in WBJEE Counselling Process
| Revised Rule 1 | Candidates who have cleared WBJEE exam are not required to pay the registration fee to participate in the counselling process. |
| Revised Rule 2 | Candidates who have a valid score or rank in JEE Main or NATA will have to register for the counselling by paying a counselling fee of Rs. 500. |
| Revised Rule 3 | For WBJEE rank holders, the board will conduct three rounds of counselling and seat allotment process. There will be only one round for JEE Main/ NATA rank holders. |
| Revised Rule 4 | Candidates who failed to register for the Round 1 counselling can do the same after the completion of first round. |
| Revised Rule 5 | The candidates will have to enter the bank account details during registration so that refund (if any) will be processed. |
| Revised Rule 6 | This year, the candidates will have to upload the documents in PDF format. Registration will not be completed if candidates fail to upload the documents. |
| Revised Rule 7 | Candidates can also avail the assistance from Common Service Centres at free of cost. |
| Revised Rule 8 | The candidates must note that the certificate verification process will be online (Virtual Reporting Centre) this year. The candidates need not visit any reporting centre for document verification. |
