How to Submission of Documents for Class IX

  • School Enrolment form duly filled and signed by the parents of the candidate. Click to download Enrollment Form

  • A self attested photocopy of the Class VIII half yearly and final result. Marksheet will be required.

  • Two passport size photographs of the student, and two each of both father & mother.

  • Self Attested photocopy of residence proof. Any one of the following: Voters Identity Card / Passport / UID (Aadhar Card) / Ration Card (Head of the family should be either father or mother in the case of ration-card.)

  • Medical Form duly filled and signed by parents and a Medical Officer.

  • Undertaking form duly filled and signed by parents.

  • Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Transfer Certificate# (in original if not available, can be submitted in July) #The admission will remain provisional till the Transfer and Character Certificates are submitted.
